Terms and conditions

INTRODUCTION
These general terms and conditions, which are governed by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005), section II Distance contracts (art. 50 - 67) and by the rules on electronic commerce (D. Lgs n. 70/2003), must be considered an essential and integral part of any supply of IRONdogline (hereinafter also just "Company"), even if not mentioned in the single order and up to the express exception, and replace any conditions set by the purchaser (hereinafter also referred to as "Customer"). These conditions must not be modified nor can they be waived unless expressly approved in writing by the Company.
1. Identification of the seller

2. Subject of the supply
2.1 The supply will include all those products that will be expressly chosen by the Customer within the online electronic catalog and that will be faithfully reported in the electronic order; 2.2 The Products available for online purchase are articles for canine disciplines including for example: collars, leashes, harnesses, games and training accessories, etc .; all Products are subject to current availability. IRONdogline reserves the right to vary the limits on the quantities and / or types of goods that can be purchased online on the Website. The Customer will be promptly informed via e-mail, if his order is unworkable due to the unavailability of the product ordered, informing the times for the restocking and the willingness or not to confirm the order.
3. Order procedure and contract conclusion
3.1 To proceed with the order, the Customer must complete the purchase procedure in electronic format on the IRONdogline.com website, following the instructions indicated. The Customer must enter the product in the appropriate area" "cart" "and, after having viewed and accepted the contribution for delivery and packaging costs, as well as the General Conditions and the conditions on the right of withdrawal, he must select the type of payment desired and choose the "complete purchase" option; 3.2 The contract will be finalized when the order, sent by the Customer - in compliance with the purchase procedure indicated on the Site and once the debit authorization has been obtained by the company issuing the credit card used by the Customer for payment - will reach IRONdogline at the Website address; 3.3 By sending the order to IRONdogline, the Customer acknowledges and declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept these General Conditions.
4. Sale price
4.1 The prices of the products are defined in the on-line catalog of IRONdogline and are intended as inclusive of VAT and any other tax, excluding shipping and packaging costs; 4.2 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all transport, packaging and ancillary costs (for example "customs clearance" if applicable) will be charged to the Customer as reported in the guided procedure within the site;
5. Payment methods
5.1 IRONdogline allows the Customer to pay the price of the products and the relative shipping costs, by credit card, bank transfer or cash on delivery or paypal.
6. Shipping, delivery and shipping costs
6.1 In the absence of precise indications, the Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address resulting from the generalities provided during registration; 6.2 IRONdo will issue invoice of the goods shipped only if expressly requested by the customer who will have to communicate the complete data (name, VAT number and/or tax code), sending it by e-mail or sending it together with the products to the owner of the order, under D.P.R. 445/2000 and D.L. 52/2004. 7. Right of withdrawal, exchange of goods and disputes
7.1 Pursuant to Article 64 of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within the term of 14 (fourteen) working days starting from the date of receipt of the Products; 7.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal or exchange of goods, the Customer must send a written communication by registered letter with return receipt to the address of the Company, containing the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 64 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 or to replace the goods and the indication of the Products in question, in addition to the progressive order number issued at the time of purchase; 7.3 In this case, the goods, provided with the original packaging, in excellent condition and with the receipt, must be returned to IRONdogline and the costs will be the responsibility of the Customer who must use an insured courier in order to track the shipment. IRONdogline, after having received the returned goods, will reimburse the Customer limited to the value of the items purchased at the time, in accordance with the law. In case of replacement of items for reasons related to size or color change, the shipping costs (collection and delivery) will be charged to the customer. 7.4 For any disputes, the Customer must inform the Company in writing, within and no later than 8 (eight) days from receipt of the supply, of any incomplete deliveries or clearly identifiable defects, under penalty of forfeiture of the legal and contractual guarantees;
8. Limitation of liability and guarantees
8.1 Outside the cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, IRONdogline will not be liable to the Customer in any way as a result of: - damage or loss caused by the products (or their use) by the Customer; - damage that has not been caused by IRONdogline's default; 8.2 Within the limits specified above, the liability of IRONdogline cannot exceed the price paid by the Customer for the product that caused the damage; 8.3 IRONdogline sells high quality products, for which any warranty provided by law is directly provided by the manufacturers and the relevant legislation as well as the procedures for applying the guarantee will be those indicated and highlighted by the manufacturer together with the product.
9. Provision regarding privacy and protection of personal data
9.1. When an order is placed by a new Customer through the website www.irondogline.com, his data is entered into a database which will be constantly updated, which will subsequently enable him to respond at best to the needs of the Customers themselves; 9.2. The collection and processing of data is carried out in accordance with the provisions contained in Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n. 196 consolidated ("Privacy Code"). In any case, the Customer has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form, the right to obtain the updating, rectification, cancellation of the your personal data, the right to object to the processing of your personal data in the cases provided for by art. 7 of the Privacy Code and other rights established by the Privacy Code through written communication to be sent to the Company;
10. Competence
10.1 The conditions of access to the Site are governed by Italian law and must be interpreted in compliance with Italian laws; 10.2 For any action deriving from or related to the conditions, navigation or use of the Site, the Court of Padua will be competent.
