The Customer is responsible for the shipment, the correct shipping address, and its contents until the package is successfully returned to the company. IRONdogline (MD TRADE Srl) is not responsible if the courier or the shipment chosen by the customer for returning the goods is damaged or lost; in such cases, IRONdogline (MD Trade Srl) is not required to refund or compensate the customer for the returned goods. In this case, the Customer has the option to either receive the new goods by paying the full purchase price (the price will be determined based on the value currently listed online at www.irondogline.com) or waive the product replacement and, in this case, any contract is concluded. Once the return is received, the customer will receive via email a RETURN VOUCHER CODE for the value of the returned item at the time of the order (shipping costs always excluded). The RETURN VOUCHER CODE is valid and can be used from the date of receipt via email for the next 30 days and can be used to purchase any item in the online shop for an amount equal to or greater than the value of the voucher. Obviously, the site will calculate any difference and the shipping costs, which are always excluded and borne by the customer. If the voucher expires, it can no longer be used and any claims are concluded. PRODUCT EXCHANGE FOR CHRISTMAS GIFTS REFER TO THE BLOG IN THE RETURNS SECTION
Pursuant to art. 64 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the Products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal or to exchange goods, the Customer must send a written communication by registered mail with return receipt to the Company's address (IRONdogline Via Caltana 302/300 35011 Sant'Andrea di Campodarsego Padua Italy), containing a declaration of intention to exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 64 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 or to exchange the goods, along with an indication of the Products in question and the order number assigned at the time of purchase. In such cases, the goods, unused, in excellent condition, complete with original packaging and receipt, must be returned to IRONdogline, and the costs will be borne by the Customer. IRONdogline, after receiving the returned goods, will refund the Customer only for the value of the items originally purchased, within the limits of the law. In the case of replacement of items due to size or color changes, shipping costs (pickup and delivery) will be borne by the customer. For any disputes, the Customer must inform the Company in writing within no more than 8 (eight) days of receiving the delivery of any incomplete items or clearly identifiable defects, under penalty of forfeiture of legal and contractual warranties.
